Least of all down a cellar staircase. That is precisely the job we do in your place: we carry the bags to the unit and set them down where you will need them.
As long as the way through is passable, we will get there. Tell us the route when you order: "cellar at the end of the corridor", "garage on the side, code 1234". It saves us a phone call and saves you time.
If you would rather we came while you are out and access allows it, just say so. It can be arranged.
